How can Jack Smith prove that?

If Donald Trump and Mike Flynn or Sidney Powell, or Rudy agreed to have protestors unlawfully enter the Capitol to by force sieze, take or possess the Capitol, which is government property -

period/stop.

There is no Joe Biden is worse, defense.

Two or more people agree to take over the Capitol by force, it’s twenty years in Leavenworth.

And you must have that law.

What if they conspired to take over the briefcase with the nuclear codes, which is government property?

Jack Smith has already leaned hard on Rudy, and will Rudy flip?

My wife and I were discussing last night, there were 80 million people in Nazi Germany.

Virtually all were Christians, except 500,000 Jews, and literate in German.

Hitler was a master orator.  But we’d not have a record of his speeches except for talented people like Leni Riefenstahl and Joseph Goebells.

Maybe there is crime. Not much has turned up. If there was truly something serious, there wouldn't need to be the effort to tie pornstar payoffs to campaign finance laws.

Jack Smith will require

A full plea to at least one felony charge in Washington DC and one in Florida.

 State charges in New York dropped on payment of back due taxes.  Georgia drops interference charges.

Trump is sentenced to five years, placed on home arrest and federal probation.

He gets a federal probation officer.

The law might make a good boy of Trump yet.
