In Nov 24 North Carolina will hold a general election and the state is a toss up between Dems and Reps.

2020 was a squeaker but Trump won by less than 100,000  votes, a week after the election.

Trump 50.1%
2,758,773 Biden
DEM48.7%
2,684,292 100% of expected vote in

—-

But since then a Republican Supreme Court has told every straight woman in North Carolina who likes to **** men, that if she gets knocked up she must keep the brat.

We shouldn’t have to run a poll to determine how well those scarlet women approve of that!.Image

Plus all the wealthier Dem areas in NC are growing, old Donald is the gift that keeps on giving to the Dems, the Reps have idiots cheering Russia’s invasion, but ours have drag queens reading story hour to school kids.

It looks really close, again.

Over the spring  of 2024 the party faithful of both the Dems and the Reps are going into conclave in funny hats and 15 of the most faithful of each party will be selected as electors for the electoral college in December.

If the Dems lose, they’ll send those electors home.  Shucks, god dammit, we’ll get ‘em next time.

But the Michigan Atty General is teaching a good, moral Sunday school lesson to those 15 old farts and grandmas in North Carolina who wear elephant hats.

Better not fight the law, or the law will win.

Why my goodness, I do wonder why?

Let’s see, every Republican running for dog catcher in North Carolina must proudly proclaim he’s against murdering those precious little babies!

But what does every Democrat say?

Women aren’t stupid.

Abortion in NC is a political question.

The Supreme Court overturned Roe.

I guarantee you the sexually active young harlots of NC aren’t sleeping with Republican politicians there.:)

It’s like this.

If any idiot in North Carolina packs a third grade class off to a drag show, does that help Democrats?

This can't be true since there is no such thing as voter fraud.

There is in fact voter fraud.

Just not the fairy tale make believe kind that Fox News peddles to people who can, but refuse to think for themselves.

The MAGAS who are duped by right wing propagandists into blaming every Republican loss on mastermind criminal Democrats financed by George Soros are the marks.

Why voter fraud is rare, is because of laws the Republicans implemented starting about a hundred years ago.

Those voting machines and tabulators are as secure as automatic teller machines, even more so.

All voters must be registered today, in one place of residence.  No more bussing around winos and bums to vote early, and often.

Even yet there are a  handful of sensible and sane Republicans who know that widespread voter fraud is a fairy tale.

Next year you’ll read of simple minded Republicans who believe in voter fraud get caught voting twice, once by mail and once in person.

They get caught 100% of the time.

When questioned they claim they were just trying to balance out Democrats cheating.

What laws from 100 years ago?

They called themselves Progressive Republicans and their idol was Teddy Roosevelt.

The reforms date to them

Secret ballots

Two party poll watchers and election judges

But most of all, secure registrations required to cast a ballot

Most people, the overwhelming majority are honest.

But if you get a clever crooked bastard he’s hard to stop.

I worked the polls for Ronald Reagan in 1980.

There was even then a law we had to stand so many feet back to hand out literature.  Inside the polling place were an equal number of Republicans and Democrats
watching the process.

And the liquor stores were closed.

Thats to prevent a ward boss from buying booze as a reward for voting

Less now than when I learned this, but over the years political scientists have documented that only 5% of both Republicans and Democrats are invariably straight ticket voters.

90% of the electorate is up for grabs.

And where the votes are is not on the AOC left side or the MTG right side, they are in the middle.

What makes the Michigan false electors such a tragedy that Democrats today are mourning it the most, is those 16 were not a single one MAGA fire eaters who boycott Disney and Busch Light, call us groomers and pedophiles, and cheered  when George Floyd was murdered.

God dammit

If they’d been four years earlier they’d have all got to go to Washington DC to be a Trump elector.

We need more opponents like them, that aren’t our enemies.

The obvious laws are the secret ballot, two party administration and registration requirements.

If you’d like to read about efforts to stop people from voting read here.

But, they are not.

The cycle of treatment regarding political topics, presidents especially, has exposed the left-leaning trash in all sorts of ways.
Example: There used to be arguments and denial that the MSM was liberal/left wing.
Haven't seen that for quite a while since it is so obvious.

Only a moron would say it doesn't exist.

Says nothing about what you're talking about
No and I can’t find a primer on the American election process.

But the secret ballot, two party administration, and registration requirements are what busted organized wholesale voter fraud, which was rampant.

Before secret ballots ward bosses could compel you to go vote and he’d see how you voted.

Before two party administration the party in power actually did dump ballots and rig the totals.

And before registration the ward bosses would take voters all over the city voting multiple places.

What scares Republicans, and should, is mail voting.

It’s not fraudulent, but Democrats are amazingly good at collecting public registration lists and organizing volunteers to call DEMOCRAT registered voters.

The Republicans also do the same thing, but they utterly suck at doing it.

You know how you look up a refrigerator and then ads pop up for refrigerators on your phone or computer?  That’s capitalism in action.  Gremlins somewhere in the cloud sell lists to refrigerator sellers, because of your cookies.

The Dems have a computerized Voter Activation Network Service (VANS) that’s about 15 years old that’s probably 30 years or more ahead of the Republican version.

This is only because our side has not all, but almost all the computer nerds who aren’t using the internet to scam people.

I asked a computer wizard once in 2016 what would happen if the Republicans hacked VANS.

He laughed and said it would not work for them.

They could identify their voters with it, but their voters only prefer bad ****.  Our voters only  want more good **** from their candidates, more healthcare, more jobs, more schools, more bridges.

Besides, where would they get  volunteers?

Trump had people wearing tin foil hats telling him **** the 1887 Act all the real lawyers either resigned or went on record as saying I do not agree, I advised not to do that ****.

The real electors all met on December 14.

https://www.archives.gov/electoral-college/2020

All lawsuits had ended with Trump’s lawyers defeated.

The crazy scheme on January 6 was to have Pence accept a bunch of bogus faked up electors.

And 16 good and decent old geezers and blue haired grandmas in Michigan are paying the price.

Republicans must all agree with each other, all the time.

One MAGA says

Let’s not drink Bush Light

The MAGAS all switch to Modelo.

One Democrat says

Boycott Sound of Freedom

The rest of us want to buy the movie, not just see it

Why Democrats win close contests is every Democrat is certain to be photographed with a gun (they may not know which end to load) at a big shooting range.

How many Republicans campaign at abortion clinics?
