Treason is the crime of attacking a state authority to which one owes allegiance.[1] This typically includes acts such as participating in a war against one's native country, attempting to overthrow its government, spying on its military, its diplomats, or its secret services for a hostile and foreign power, or attempting to kill its head of state. A person who commits treason is known in law as a traitor.[2]

So taking classified documents are fine, as long as you give them back.....unless you're Hillary. Then you can destroy them and nobody cares. And you want ME to get exercised about Trump disputing who owns the documents?

Hard pass.

What is the federal crime of insurrection?

It says that “whoever incites, sets on foot, assists or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto” is guilty of that offense. Its penalty is up to 10 years in prison and disqualification from holding federal office.

“sedition” centers more on plotting and incitement, whereas “insurrection” is generally understood to mean the actual violent acts of an uprising aimed at overthrowing the government. That said, the federal law against insurrection, Section 2383, slightly blurs that line.

What is government? People obeying context or context directing people communicating brain to brain with vocabulary as genetically living timed apart ancestrally here.

You are a fool that believes nobody can understand the kinetics of compounding chromosomes works same way as bonding periodic elements sustaining universal perpetual motion to things eroding and decomposing in plain sight.

There are several parallels to "what goes up must come down.". What combined inorganically erodes and what compounding chromosomes become next generation decompose after dead regardless becoming great great grandparents or not.

What makes a personal brain mind separate parallel social consensuses by the same person, family unit, ancestry, community, state of mind, national pride, global economic theory, universal religion?

All this practiced within one species, historically into current events performed by last generations arriving a great great grandchild, one at a time as usual.

And shall we also ignore the fact that Biden HAD NO AUTHORITY AT ANY TIME (unlike Trump) to take classified documents from the White House when he left as VP, and left them strewn about in at least a half dozen unsecure locations, including his garage?

Liberal need to get it through their thick heads that it makes NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER that they were returned when so ordered!  He NEVER HAD AUTHORITY TO SIEZE THEM and remove them to any other location as he did, PERIOD!!!

Of course!  And there's not a single liberal who is smart enough to figure out that they're nothing but useful pawns of the leftist agenda because they're too dumb to use their own brains to realize it!

So they happily comply by spreading the most asinine and absurd lies and **** they've so eagerly swallowed!

LOL - all Trump did was give a speech and told people to behave themselves. Completely protected by the 1st Amendment, and his Supreme Court will say the same.

This week it became clear that Donald Trump is likely facing another federal indictment. While the timing of the indictment rests with special counsel Jack Smith, there is one thing we can all do while we wait: Stop calling it "the January 6 investigation."

Horrific as that day was, this case is about more than just Trump’s role in fomenting an insurrection.

Trump engaged in a sprawling and systematic effort to steal the 2020 election. We have heard and seen evidence that these efforts included defrauding the American public, subverting democratic institutions and coordinating a pressure campaign at the local, state and federal level to overturn the will of the people.

ImageTrump says it would be 'very dangerous' if Jack Smith sends him to jail ( Rump is a fool)

Trump and his allies attempted to compromise and co-opt the Justice Department for political purposes. They submitted fake elector slates, recruiting and directing Trump supporters to forge paperwork and falsify information.

They created a massive and allegedly fraudulent fundraising campaign to solicit donations based upon a lie. And finally, many of them, including Trump himself, stood idly by as a mob desecrated the Capitol and threatened to hang America’s vice president.

The attack on our nation’s capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, was one of the darkest moments in our nation’s history, but Trump’s efforts to steal the 2020 election were far more expansive. And as we reflect on how to prevent history from repeating itself, we need to talk about the totality of his actions.

The problem Jack Smith has is proving criminal intent.

Most MAGAS think Ukraine invaded Russia, or at least the liberal National Socialists there provoked poor Vladimir Putin.

They  live in a fairytale land created on Fox News.

Remember, Trump is almost 80.

How many years, will Melania visit him?

If he’s ever sentenced to one year, he’ll roll over like a baby.:)

How Seditious Conspiracy Is Different From Insurrection and Treason?

Insurrection is not peaceful assembly of unsuspecting unarmed people who have been waved into a building and shot to death.
