You're assuming trump can win again.
How precious.
Desantis will do well if he stays far from trump. Trump is the kiss of death for republican politicians.
DeSantis has already said he would pardon Trump. With the trumped up charges he is facing he realistically may be in a white collar federal prison when the debates start in earnest next year. They have spent millions of dollars bringing up charges and will likely see some return on their investment. Promising a pardon is likely enough to gain the support of trumpians. Jailing Trump will gain support for Republicans from independent voters bigly.PhiloBeddo » 29 Jul 2023, 1:19 pm » wrote: ↑ If he did that and supported and campaigned for Trump he would be guaranteed to win in 2028.

He was born in 1946.
He’s 77.
They'll need to bring in a front end loader to get his stinking carcass off of the course.
Not as much fun as watching you try to spell.Squatchman » 30 Jul 2023, 9:49 am » wrote: ↑ They'll need to bring in a front end loader to get his stinking carcass off of the course.
Or piece him out and carry him in 5 gallin buckets.
Either way it would be fun to watch.
It won’t stop him either unless he dies.

He can do that after the primaries. I want him in and I want to see how Trump holds up in the primaries.PhiloBeddo » 29 Jul 2023, 1:19 pm » wrote: ↑ If he did that and supported and campaigned for Trump he would be guaranteed to win in 2028.
