If you work all your life in an office, when you retire can you take your desk home?

Or the company papers and records in that desk?
Actually, yes I can.  There is no law that I know of that says I can't take my notes, my work that I generated, my papers, or copies of anything in my office I want to take.  If you know of such a LAW, then tell it to me, Dog!

Oh Jesus.

The presidential papers in the archives are all catalogued and archived.

They’ll be there a thousand years from now.

If you own all the company, those are yours.

Trump does not own the **** Office of President.

The National Archives actually loves Trump, love all the Presidents, that’s their function.

Oh my God, the public schools have failed.

Not their personal ****, but the public documents signed by Presidents, belong to all of us.

Lincoln’s Emancipation  Proclamation is in there.

By the way, why did the Archives know any records were missing?

Go back and actually read what I posted in response to your comment.

If you still don't understand my post...go upstairs and ask your Mommy to explain it to you.

What records Trump decided to keep is up to him per a 2012 court decision that a president decides what is personnal and presidential

This was decided already in 2012 ... so anything they think they have on him is only a political hack job..
the judge ruled Clinton could keep any records he wants... so can Trump... Biden was only a VP
Jackson ruled in 2012 that a president's discretion to declare records "personal" is far-reaching and mostly unchallengeable.

Folks, let me apologize.

I grew up in a cult named the Christian Church.

My first allegiance is to the Master.

And my second is to the Constitution of the United States, which is nearly about the same.

That is no defense for Trump.

Trump sat in holy places, he walked halls were Lincoln walked, slept where Harry Truman slept.

Those papers belong to the ages.

The papers are his.  Not Lincoln's.  Not Truman's.  And, not Joe Biden's.  Democrats have a history of lying and destroying evidence.  Hillary Clinton.  Joe Biden.  Bill Clinton.  Sandy Berger.  Democrat FBI agents.  Merrick Garland.   Adam Schiff.  The list goes on and on.  Corruption runs deep in the Democrat party.  Preservation of evidence is allowed.  Is justified.  Trump was justified.

Says what law?  What law says which papers are mine and which papers are "company records"?

I'd like to actually see these documents,  then I'll make a decision about there so-called classification. No way would I ever trust this Justice Department's opinion on anything.

if you took the company's records and documents they would swear a warrant for your arrest.
