Blacks suffer from poor leadership. Dims have imported 5 million illegals since Senile Biden took over. Blacks will be replaced by illegals in all entry level jobs. Real busy building a rental apartment. Project should pay for itself in a couple years.....   I see you and the rest of the free thinking Normal Guys have done a splendid job of dealing with the MSM Brainwashed Sheep since I've been away..!

Cool...sounds like a good investment. My best friend is in rentals too. He also inherited an 8 plex from his dad who passed away about a year ago.

We normally go for a walk Thursday morning but he's been in California with his wife and I don't know if he's back yet...we shall see.

their problem lies far beyond ignorance….as I said the only explanation remaining after 5 long decades is sheer ******* stupidity, comfortable with their permanent slavery to the Democrat plantation.

Wow...8 units..! You could just turn that over to a Property Manager if you wanted to [and still rake it in].  
Anyway...the consecutive years of Democrat rule in Chimpcongo dates back to ......the 1940s...?

Hello Cyndi. [BTW You look just as gorgeous as ever my dear..... ]  I pushed away from the computer desk and spent the last couple years building a 700 sq foot apartment  [all by myself from the septic system to the baseboard trim and everything else  in between].

Actually my friend does use a property management company and he takes care of the maintenance himself. I helped him install a couple of big windows in one of the units. I don't care for the floor plan though. When you step in the front door there's steps going down to the bedrooms and steps going up to the living room/kitchen. It doesn't feel very convenient but he keeps them rented out all the time. It's a good location for people who live in town.
