It's Jack Smith that has to prove his claims, not Trump. Trump is innocent until proven guilty.
Jack Smith claim in his filing, that Trump lied that the elections were fraudulent. Now Smith not only has to prove Trump KNEW the elections were fair, but Smith also has to prove they WERE fair.
Going to be awfully tough to do since multiple State Supreme Courts have ruled the laws changed during the election for voting, were illegal.

YOU saw it happen. You saw election laws ignored in swing states. You saw the SCOTUS strike down the illegal changes that took place in the very states where biden "won" his shadiest victories. But they found the criminal conduct illegal AFTER the steal.
