You are a Dumb Democrat. Trump is not in trouble. Trump had a 1st Amendment protected right to speak. Trump told folks to assemble peacefully and patriotically. Jack Smith lied by leaving that out of what he claimed Trump said. The democrats are organized crime trying to prevent Trump from running again. In the 2020 election the dems cheated by colluding with the social media platforms to censor Hunter's laptop which would have given Trump the win.

No. You can't yell something like "fire" inside a crowded theater to create a panic. You can make a speech that gets people emotionally charged - there is no prohibition against that. And, people are responsible for their own stupid actions. Trump very clearly and specifically said "peaceful and patriotic". He never told a soul to storm the capital.
