Biden took documents while he was senator and VP. Replace Biden's name with Trump's name and you would be tearing yer shirt like a backwoods cleric.
all this is a smokescreen to detract from trump's crimes.

Oh boy!
Quite the expert opinion there.
You can't muster an entire paragraph of logic.
Out of the four lines you just posted, you could omit any three and the message would be the same.
Please seat yourself.

Actually the Biden admin are the ones covering up for Joe and Hunter's crimes. Every time more evidence on the Biden's is exposed his DOJ throws another indictment at Trump. So far every allegation against Trump from the Russian collusion hoax going forward has failed.

Should Joe be indicted for illegally possessing documents?

Joe had a pile of documents at 3 different locations for years and the FBI did nothing. Then they finally did something after Trump's home was raid.

Yer making excuses for Biden...and he did not have the same authority that Trump had as president.  Biden took those documents home as a senator and a VP.

Nope..
Unlike the mango mussolini he didn't try to keep them,he actually gave them back when his people discovered them.
Trump kept the ones he took. Was asked to give them back. Didn't. They came in and took them back. For some reason he wrongly thought they were his to use for whatever nefarious purposes against the U.S.
Basically Trump is a traitor when you get right down to it.
 Traitors should be executed.
Start with trump and work down through the rest of the Republicans that support him.

"he actually gave them back when his people discovered them."

So Joe and his people didn't know Joe had documents stashed at 3 different locations for years and one day they stumble upon the docs at 3 different locations and they said, "How the heck did these docs get here".

Ever notice how the MSM slowly starts to pull away from Biden when the evidence becomes too strong...WaPo just fact check Joe and gave him 4 Pinocchios.

Now it's CBS...
