1999.. when I was homeless on the streets of Salt Lake City (long before Biden was President) saw worse stuff than this. All white folks too... can't blame this on blacks or hispanics.

BLAME IT ON ADMINISTRATIONS LIKE THE CURRENT ONE THAT CLOSE MENTAL INSTITUTIONS OR STOP FUNDING THEM, OPEN BORDERS INCREASING THE TRANSPORT OF ILLEGAL DRUGS SUCH AS FENTANYL

          They are just looking for a cosmetic fix to make it appear the problem has been addressed.... There's been several projects (some well intended) where dwellings along the lines of those Tiny Home communities have been built to get the homeless off the streets --- as though none of the mental issues, addictions or other problems that made them homeless in the first place won't come inside with them.. This seems to be their answer to some of the open-air drug markets we see in some cities..

Or... maybe we blame the individuals. I know..... you can't do that. No one makes poor choices on their own. We can always blame a politician for every not so perfect moment such as being late to work, drinking one beer too many, etc.
