They are just looking for a cosmetic fix to make it appear the problem has been addressed.... There's been several projects (some well intended) where dwellings along the lines of those Tiny Home communities have been built to get the homeless off the streets --- as though none of the mental issues, addictions or other problems that made them homeless in the first place won't come inside with them..
