However, the only way there's a transition of power from one temp to the next is if MOST of the apparatus of government stays in place. So, president A moves out and President B moves in. All the bureaucracy and little cubbyholes are filled with people (who the new president will never know) remain for years. Tell me how what I just said is not true. Love to know the magic you think happens...

Actually MTG didn’t think that a plane hit the pentagon
