Trump is going down AND may be incarcerated some how because he keeps threatening the wrong people since his indictment after he was instructed from the bench not to break any more laws.
The House of Rep will be made the minority once again because of law breakers who cannot keep their mouths shut............. mark my words. Federal Indictments are expensive and generally withstand any arguments.

Add to this, you have a PROPOSED LAW that never passed, and since it was supposed to make a slate of "fake electors" illegal, since there was NO LAW that made it illegal, then when these States put forth a alternative slate of electors, there was NO CRIME COMMITTED!! Damn, that has to SUCK that once AGAIN you get your little *** KICKED MASSIVELY AND INTO A BLOODY PULP!!

That was the right outcome, though there is a sense in which the procedure feels disorderly. After all, when the Democratic electors voted on December 19, there was nothing official appointing them—there was only the possibility that their votes might be needed if the recount went their way. And then when Congress counted the electoral votes on January 6, it had before it competing certificates both of which, at a moment in time, carried the imprimatur of the Governor of Hawaii.
