Yes, call a Constitutional Convention, and impose term limits. While we're at it, you can try to get 38 States to abolish the EC.

Wyoming has very few people.
They are the "Wyoming Tribe".
They have equal say in Senate.........just like big Cali.
Each tribe......have equal say in Senate.
Regardless of pop.
