LOTS of evidence PROVES otherwise... and BECAUSE of that, Trump had EVERY REASON to believe the election was Tampered with and FIXED (by a WEAPONIZED Federal Government), NOT to mention OTHER election fraud that occurred ! ALL of that will become PART of the trial in the discovery phase... and ALL it takes is "REASONABLE DOUBT"... that Trump BELIEVED he KNEW he had lost the election "FAIR & SQUARE"... I think he has LOTS of reasons to believe OTHERWISE... and that he had CAUSE to believe that there was FRAUD at work !!!

The fact remains that there is no evidence of any systemic voter fraud and, unquestionably none of the magnitude that would have altered any state's 2020 election final results. You can whine and bitch and moan and stomp your feet all you like, but that fact will not change.
Were there states who illegally altered their absentee balloting rules in an effort to safeguard public health in the midst of a global pandemic? Absolutely. But those rules were not partisan in nature and did not explicitly favor Democrats over Republicans. And... courts have already ruled on those rule changes and have all stated that the remedy for that issue was prospective in nature, and no court held that voters who cast their ballots in good faith using the promulgated rules should be retroactively disenfranchised.
Maybe Republicans will get off their asses in 2024 and fine-tune their GOTV efforts as the Democrats did, but I doubt it.

Did the FBI use their cell phone tracking to check 2000 mules....no.
Did anyone get charged for erasing ballot images.....no.
did anyone get charged for tampering with machines after the election....no.
did the courts do anything about the laws gettting changed ILLEGALLY before the election.....no.
Texas case against Pennsylvania got tossed on Standing......all states are in the voting pool, so Texas had standing. they just chickened out.
You can carp about NO Evidence all you want.........but it's all a cover up.
and don't ask for links....they've all been here and in the news and they haven't been debunked.
the debunking is the courts avoiding the cases on no standing.
