I'm sure if the Demonrats finally pull off a complete coup, there will be thousands imprisoned for "wrong" speech just like they're starting to do to people than don't say the right pronoun.

(b) The Attorney General shall consult with the Assistant Attorney General for Administration to ensure an appropriate method of appointment, and to ensure that a Special Counsel undergoes an appropriate background investigation and a detailed review of ethics and conflicts of interest issues. A Special Counsel shall be appointed as a “confidential employee” as defined in 5 U.S.C. 7511(b)(2)(C).

Your "reply" was to post a false representation of a bill that has passed only the Michigan House of Representative, has not been passed by the Michigan Senate, and has not been signed into law by the Michigan governor.... and the bill you posted about, and as amended and passed by the House does not even include the word, "pronoun".

SO I guess what you really wanted to say was, "NO.  Nobody HAS actually been imprisoned for saying a pronoun.  I was wrong"

The independent counsels that investigated Iran Contra and later on Whitewater were spectacular failures because they were outside of government.

As a member of the government, Weiss (and Jack Smith) have direct access to the powers of the wealthiest nation in world history.

A private lawyer cannot compare.
