Special counsels outside of government meant lawyers from white shoe law firms that had never tried a criminal case in their lives.

As a member of the government, Weiss (and Jack Smith) have direct access to the powers of the wealthiest nation in world history.

A private lawyer cannot compare.

actually, nobody is even "starting to imprison people for saying the wrong pronoun".  The bill, as passed by the Michigan house, does not include the word "pronoun" in it.

At lest Weiss did charge the son of the President.  He can’t seem to get a plea deal to stick, but he tried.

And Jack Smith handed Trump 11.4 million pages of discovery yesterday, plus terabytes of video.

 You may not like Jack Smith, but he’s extremely aggressive and competent.

Yes, BUT Wiess and Smith BOTH WORK directly, thru the AG, for the man who is at the CENTER of ALL OF THIS !!  THEY are BOTH CONFLICTED... they are BOTH PART of the PROBLEM... which is a CORRUPT and WEAPONIZED Federal Government... A Federal Government that IS:

1)  PUNISHING Whistleblowers (WHICH they SHOULDN'T) !
2)  PROTECTING corrupt Politicians and their SUPERIORS (WHICH they SHOULDN'T) ! and
3)  ARE INVOLVED in the CORRUPTION THEMSELVES... RIGHT UP TO THEIR EYEBALLS !

IF we are going to have a Special Prosecutor... it SHOULD NOT be someone who IS INVOLVED in the CORRUPTION, and MAY BE CALLED AS A WITNESS in the Biden Family CORRUPTION investigations by the House Investigation Committee ...which WIESS TRIED to END with a SWEET HEART PLEA DEAL, and that once the Judge caught on to it and asked the questions, THEY COULD NOT even admit that they had CONTRIVED the ENTIRE THING... because it was SO OUTRAGEOUS !!

THIS is just MORE EVIDENCE that the Federal Government is OFF IT'S MOORINGS !   it is OUT OF CONTROL... and NEEDS to be REIGNED IN !!

I want a Federal government , Judiciary, and ABC agencies and the Beauracracy that  is not compromised by partisanship of one party ......your party.
I want a MSM that is also not compromised by partisanship of one party .....your party..

I want a Federal government that is not engaged in partisanship of one party that uses lawfare and smoke and mirrors to continually lie to "We The People".....your party.

Change the constitution so that the burden of proof rests solely on State and Federal government's. ....
