Don't you KNOW how they make their determination?

They care NOTHING about the Constitution or a person's rights, all they care about is silencing anyone who disagrees with them and stands in the way of their own dictatorship which has given them nothing but high gas prices, high food prices, record inflation, an open border, low wages, crime out of control, homelessness rampant, and illegals getting far more benefits than any hard-working American!

Whoa!  Stop!  Please!

A few hot heads may talk about putting all elected Republicans in prison as enablers but they don’t speak for the overwhelming majority of Democrats who believe in the peaceful transfer of power according to the law.

Their Emperor has no clothes.

And since a lot of Republicans rode the short bus to school, here’s what that means:

—-Meaning:This expression is used to describe a situation in which people are afraid to criticize something or someone because the perceived wisdom of the masses is that the thing or person is good or important. Background:It comes from a short story by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen which was first published in Copenhagan in April 1837 in Anderson's third and final installment of Fairy Tales Told for Children

Anderson's version of the tale is based on a German translation of a story first published in 1335 by Spaniard Juan Manel, Prince of Villena: Libro de los ejemplos del conde Lucanor y de Patronio (Book of the Examples of Count Lucanor and of Patronio). Manel attributed his collection of 51 cautionary tales to various sources including Aesop, other classical writers and Arabic folktales.

Anderson's story differs from Manel's in that the latter has the king hoodwinked by weavers who claim that the suit of clothes can only be seen by men of legitimate birth, whereas in Anderson's story, the weavers play on the emperor's vanity by saying the suit is only visible to people who are clever and competent.

Manel's version is similar to one found centuries earlier in Indian literature. The earliest known reference being in an anthology of fables from 1052 that tells of a dishonest merchant who swindles the king by pretending to weave a supernatural garment that cannot be seen or touched by any person of illegitimate birth.

The complete works of Hans Christian Anderson, including The Emperor's New Clothes, can be found at The Hans Christian Anderson Centre.

Indicted on what grounds?
No, I'm not raking through history to 'provide links'. If you can't directly dispute a point, then question your own links.

So, you're calling Razoo a hothead?
THAT is the post I responded to, and not one who is solely a radical liberal like you.
There are PLENTY of Republicans calling for the impeachment of Biden, Kamala, Garland, Wray, and Mayorkis, but that's because all have committed major felonies, and those have been made public for many months.

No, this idiot wants to indict Republicans only, and can't be bothered to even imagine a singular crime they've committed, so naturally he has no ability to list his reasons he wants them indicted, other than the fact that he thinks they should be considered criminals even without a crime!

Do you realize what will happen if McCarthy allows the impeachment of Biden over the Hunter Biden scandal today?

Joe Biden would be removed from office next week if there was any evidence he took one crooked dollar by his own party who would dearly love to see President Harris.

But there is the matter of all the five years of evidence not even implicating Jake Biden, who was in with Hunter on most of the deals.  There’s not a single dollar that ever , went to Joe Biden.  Why? Because Joe Biden has been an incorrupt man since 1972.  His family is shady, Joe is not.

Does truth matter?

It matters to every Democrat except RFK Jr.:)

Your foolish denials are virtually worthless!
There's PLENTY of evidence to impeach Biden right now, including bank records, illegally held classified information in his garage, phone calls in front of witnesses to Hunter's foreign benefactors, dinners with foreign dignitaries, expensive gifts given to both Biden and Hunter, interference with Ukraine justice on video demanding that the prosecutor investigating his son's business be fired while holding out a billion dollar gift of taxpayer money to them, failure to secure the border, testimony under oath by FBI whistleblowers and former business associates, and so much more!

Time to use your head for a second, because the Republican party is not nearly as dumb as you'd like to believe.  Biden WILL be impeached in the House in early next year, which will offset the coverage that the left-wing media will be giving to berate Trump in HIS trials going on at the same time for the phony "crimes" that have been charged against him.

And the fact that you think Truth matters to Democrats after what's already been exposed in the Trump/Russia collusion hoax is an absurd joke, and shows everyone what an ignorant party hack you really are!

Stay tuned

I also suggest the Amendment 14 article 3 will legally forbid them to be on ballot according to some discussion 8/12/23.

I’ve read the “rebellion clause” of the 14th.

All the case law on it is of course well over a century old.

Maybe,,,, but realistically it meant ex Confederates.

Wasn’t there a blanket Congressional pardon?

—-
Charles S. Thomas of Colorado was the last Confederate veteran to serve in the Senate. Born in Georgia, he served briefly as a teenager in the Confederate Army. He settled in Denver after the war, where he built a law practice and pursued a Senate career. Following three failed attempts to gain a Senate seat, the 63-year-old Thomas finally became a U.S. senator in 1913, a position he held until 1921. During his years in the Senate, Thomas became known for a rather unconventional habit that marked the arrival of springtime in the Senate Chamber.

There is talk on this matter as we speak......... it was noted that convictions are not required. It was also noted this discussion has been activated by conservatives who want Trump removed. Ms Cheney spoke of this more than once.

In reading I say this 14 S3 can be applied to all candidates who were active participants......party affiliation is irrelevant. States can also use this to forbid or remove names from a ballot....according to the discussion.

If anyone was part of the violent over throw or part of the resistance to peaceful transition this could apply.
