Here is the problem:  The espionage act does not ever use the word "classification".

31 counts of Jack Smith's indictment are specifically for violations of the Espionage Act.

Common sense tells me that if those supposedly sworn affadavits are bogus..then those who submitted them in bad faith are in big trouble. all it takes is a teaspoon's worth of common sense to be able to see that.....
