Common sense tells me that if those supposedly sworn affadavits are bogus..then those who submitted them in bad faith are in big trouble. all it takes is a teaspoon's worth of common sense to be able to see that.....

How about using common sense and coming to a conclusion that the "fact" that those 40 thousand affidavits ever existed let alone sworn to is, itself, bogus?

and I think I told YOU a few times that I don't believe that ANYBODY witnessed voter fraud in Georgia, committed what they had "witnessed" to paper, had that paper sworn to in front of an officer of the court, delivered it to an organization called Georgia Patriots who put it in a box and delivered that (or those) sworn affidavit(s) to Governor Kemp and Justice Thomas. I think it's all ****.

Do you honestly think if, in February of 2022, fifteen months AFTER the 2020 election,  the Georgia Patriots really had delivered boxes and boxes of legitimate, actual sworn affidavits from Georgia citizens attesting to the fact that they had witnessed voter fraud in November of 2020, that NOTHING would have happened in the year and a half that followed that supposed delivery?

Four days ago, Kemp, a solid conservative Republican governor, had a press conference where he said, “The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen. For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward – under oath – and prove anything in a court of law,” Kemp wrote in his tweet. “Our elections in Georgia are secure, accessible, and fair and will continue to be as long as I am governor."  

If he were actually in possession of thousands (or even just hundreds) of SWORN affidavits from Georgia citizens who attested to having had witnessed voter fraud in November of 2020, would he have dared to say that?

If there actually were forty thousand (or four thousand or four hundred.... or hell, even forty) Georgia citizens who KNEW they had not only witnessed voter fraud, but had attested to it in a sworn affidavit and KNEW that the Georgia Patriots had personally delivered THEIR affidavits to Governor Kemp, don't you imagine that SOME of them would be standing in front of local television cameras holding a press conference of their own decrying the LIES that Governor Kemp spoke four days ago??

If these affidavits had arrived 30 days after the eleciton, mainbitch would be claiming they couldn't have been accumulated in that short of a period. 

But you have to love Kemp's qualifications in this statement.
These affidavits were not ALLOWED in a court of law, therefore they couldn't have been used to prove fraud occurred.
So Kemp keeps them out of court, then claims because they weren't in court, they aren't evidence of fraud.  
Nice circular logic there, room temp.
