I'd like to see how many of those people voted in 2020.

But when you mail ballots to these "inactive" voters, what is to prevent a liberal from obtaining that invalid ballot, and voting it?
When the runoff between warnock and walker was announced, it was rumored people were moving from CA to GA just to vote and then move back...

For ALL ELECTIONS, there needs to be one Federal Voter database with a Federal Voter ID being the only means to be in the database...and automatically updated thru change of address, federal taxes and and every other means possible...

He met with 15 others on December 14, 2020 in Atlanta and broke dozens of Georgia laws.

Evidently there’s an old Georgia law about anyone but the real electors being guilty of forgery.

Like a five dollar check on a closed account.

Did you know they tried fling the false slates of electors with the National Archives?

Be just like trying to pass a check on a fake bank, in Georgia.
Guess we will see. I don't see any potential of a crime as the bank was never open for business. It's like suing Hasbro for printing monopoly money. Sure it would be a crime to pass the pink bills off as currency but it never got to that point.

I believe the "do as we say and not as we do" applies here...

Serious a minute.

The RNC has intelligent people.

They know about RICO.

Trump has become radioactive today.

He can’t pardon himself for Georgia RICO violations and neither can the other Republicans.

Georgia has a law false electors are treated the same way as poor black girl in Atlanta who steals her grandmas check book.

No Republican will ever argue Georgia can’t make that law.  If they did, they are wrong, anyway.  That’s what states do.

The RNC has to dump Trump.

They still have DeSantis, lots of others.

Did you know RICO juries get special protections?

Here’s how they do that.

Judges lock up all the defendants unless they can prove they won’t intimidate witnesses or taint jury pools.

This could be a violation so severe, which it is, that it causes the COURT to toss the entire INDICTMENT WITH PREJUDICE

Which means, Fani gets kicked in her OWN STUPID FANNY!!

I can't imagine that Trump's attorneys haven't ALREADY drawn up a Motion to Dismiss by Reason of Prosecutorial Malfeasance.
Liberals are spoiled children, miserable, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic & useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats ~O'Rourke

The Democratic Party seems intransigent on their position of keeping the party ‘woke,’ detached, exclusionary, and totally insane.

They could certainly make a law forbidding future occurrences. Ex post facto, they can't prosecute for a law not written until after the fact.

It's all designed to keep a cloud over Trump going into the election.

That law may be a hundred and fifty  years old.

Georgia had to pass a lot of laws before the Yankees would let them back into Congress and hold elections.

Let’s say in 1872 the KKK wanted to file a slate of “alternative Klan electors” instead of the real electors in the Archives?

That law would have prevented it.
