So to be fair, let’s assume Joe Biden and Kamala Harris think their election is stolen next year by voter fraud.
Biden’s entire family and all his cabinet tell Biden to concede the election after his legal challenges fail.
But instead Biden conspires to play the Kamala Harris card and he uses John Eastman’s memo. Does exactly all Trump tried to do, but Kamala Harris agrees.
In a Democrat and I’d be on the streets.
This nation can’t ever suffer that **** to happen again.

It never will. I imagine that after the election, Fani will decide that all those court filings that are going to get it tossed means she will drop all charges. She got her 20 seconds of fundraising off it it, so she got what she wanted.

How is it a criminal enterprise to challenge the results of a razor-thin election? How is it a criminal enterprise if the first amendment protects it?The First Amendment protects freedom of speech and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Trump is criminally accused of political and personal speech protected by the 1st Amendment. When Trump called the Georgia Secretary of State to enlist his assistance to uncover perceived fraud, that was Trump petitioning a government official for redress of Grievance. The same for when Trump implored Vice President Pence to reject electors from where Trump claimed fraud caused him to lose the election.
Regardless of how you feel about Trump, this indictment should alarm all Americans. We have reached to point where local DAs bastardize the criminal justice process, resorting to “lawfare” to criminalize election challenges.
We are criminalizing political speech.
We are criminalizing the pursuit of legal strategies that fail.
We are criminalizing appeals to government officials for redress of grievances.
You need look no further than the statements of the DA herself to see that this is a partisan political prosecution. She is demanding Trump surrender to law enforcement. She literally wants him in the Fulton County jail. This is absurd. The Fulton Jail is a disaster. It is under DOJ investigation currently for inmate abuse and because of frequent inmate deaths.

Georgia law is pretty clear. All Fani Willis has to do is prove that Trump and his co-conspirators committed elements of those crimes listed above.
And actually, what she will only really have to do is to have the ten or twelve of those co-conspirators who make a deal to avoid jail time by turning state's evidence help her make the case that TRUMP committed elements of those crimes.
Does anybody really think that Rudy Giuliani will risk spending what little is left of the rest of his life as ****-meat for a bunch of convicts just to save the clown's skin?

If I gave a ****... I don't really. He's not my president and he never will be again... I live in a great state that is getting bluer every election cycle... I have more money than I will need to live like a king until I die and until my wife dies decades after me and we'll still pass on a boatload to our children no matter what happens in DC. **** all y'all.
