. I have never paid over $225. It is true that you need to install it so the water cannot be siphoned out of the machine. The discharge pipes need to be at the proper elevation.

We can't do that in Maine-
And it had to be small- to fit in the tight space... It's the insanity of the flashing lights. My old one... I turned the knobs- pulled the knob out- all was good. I hate it! The new one....
I used put the old one- on high-medium- pulled the button out. And if on spin- If it were off balance- I opened the lid- smoothed out the weight of the load... all good.

This was the simplest in the store... oh yea- whirlpool will be getting an email.
