There will be a debate, but it won't be live, just appear to be with edited responses to preprogrammed questions so Biden would appear to be in charge of his faculties.

Every camera angle change would be a edit point to keep it in sequence as if it were live. then again why not AI special effects with someone else doing the debate and Biden's image broadcast.

I am not the one that believes anything is possible since I do understand the one thing never happens within evolving as displaced ancestrally here. Living a lifetime doesn't exceed staying alive now.

Life is a series parallel energy flow of forms shaped as ancestrally present in this atmosphere same as inanimate objects exist universally timed part as galaxies, and solar systems simultaneously present each as unique as an ancestor of any species in this atmosphere.
