This really is a repeat of World War One.

Both sides have stoped frontal attacks.

The jets fly over at 30,000 feet.

Little drones fly all over dropping single little bombs like WW1 airplanes.

But the Ukrainians can and do move.  They retreat back out of artillery range. 

The poor Russian conscripts in the South cannot retreat far, with their backs to the Black Sea.  They have to take being pounded, and then back just a little.

Go see Golda.

Since the Yom Kipper War when motivated troops like Jews and Ukies use Western hardware against Russian, the Russians lose in the end.
