the majority of senators is working fine for me.  And the indictments by federal and state prosecutors are also working fine for me as well, hot plate.

I wonder how many of those 18 co-defendants in Fani's indictments will plead guilty.... and turn state's evidence against the clown.  Fun times ahead.  Keep sitting on that hot plate so your IQ rises above that of the average asparagus stalk and you might have a CHANCE of absorbing some of the **** your clown is in for.

ANYTHING SHORT OF THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A MAJORITY.
So when you say "A majority of Senators voted this way or that"..then the minimum amount of votes for your statement to be correct is 67.

2/3rds is not "considered a majority in the senate".  It is simply the number of members present who must be in concurrence to remove an officer .  The Constitution doesn't have differing definitions of the word "majority" in different sections.  Is English your second language?

It doesn't matter whether or not they had the wherewithal to successfully overthrow the government.  The crime was their attempt to do so.  When you think about it....if they had actually been successful at overthrowing the government, there wouldn't BE any charges.  

And it didn't all happen just on January 6th.  Fani Willis' indictment is very broad and very comprehensive and casts a wide net.  Fake electors... manipulating voting machines... filing false documents... forgery... witness tampering...solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, etc, etc. There is a lot of "there" there.  

Ask yourself whether or not Rudy Giuliani will be willing to go behind bars to protect the clown who stiffed him on his legal fees.  Ask yourself how many of the other 17 co-defendants will be itching to make a deal with Fani in exchange for immunity, or probation, or even just a shorter stretch in prison.

There was no attempt to overthrow the US Government.
All it took to snuff out the protest was to shoot dead 1 unarmed woman and to use riot control tactics like what is seen at a college Football game celebration that got out of hand.....

The Constitution does not require "a majority of senators" to vote to convict,  it simply says "no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present."

Anyone who understands the English language and basic arithmetic knows that 57 constitutes a simple majority of 100.
