They claim that they tracked cellphone pings near the boxes, and showed that this was proof that there were all these people dropping off fraudulent votes.

Our local Dropbox was situated about 10 feet in front of the front door of our City Hall/Courthouse.  Every employee, vendor, people coming in for a birth certificate, anybody who had a court date, local politicians, police and sheriffs arriving for court, lawyers, judges, or anybody that had legal business would have cellphone pings.  I saw kids skateboarding past the entrance.

The other Dropboxes were also situated in front of other city/county offices, like the police and sheriff's departments.  

Most of the towns in the same area placed the Drop boxes in front of local or county offices. 

And I am in one of swing states that Trump claims he won.

Cell phone tracking has been routinely used to convict January 6 protesters. 
Are you claiming that data isn't valid?

And the people tracked were going back/forth between places like Stacy Abram's offices and multiple drop boxes. 
Go ahead and explain THAT one away.

Lawyers for Donald Trump asked a judge on Friday to sign off on an agreement with E. Jean Carroll’s attorneys to transfer $5.5 million to a court-controlled account in a step toward satisfying the judgment from the defamation lawsuit.

...As part of the agreement, which requires approval from the judge and could be modified, Carroll would not have access to the funds until after all appeals, including potentially to the US Supreme Court, are satisfied.

I can explain it quite easily.  In our town the dropboxes were placed in front of government buildings.  City Hall, Courthouse, police department, etc.
Lots of government employees, and other people, were going between these government buildings.  They would be pinged as they went from the Courthouse to the City Hall, etc.  Anyone who had business at the courts would be moving back and forth between government buildings.

Also, the cellphone tracking (at the capital) allowed them to pinpoint the people at the capital, so that they could find them on the surveillance cameras, journalist's cameras, and cellphone recordings.  They are being convicted on video footage, not cellphone pings.

These cases have been brought before Trump appointed conservative judges; and even they said it was BS.
