Poor @jerra b  . Too STUPID to understand that a JUDGE can laugh all he/she wants, but all it takes is ONE juror to say "nope" and you have ZERO CONVICTIONS!! And if a JUDGE does NOT allow evidence to prove a claim by a defendant, you have IMMEDIATE GROUNDS for an appeal of any guilty verdict!! And judges hate that worse than they do letting EVIDENCE be admitted.

But then again, I consider the SOURCE of this "laugh his *** off" vomitary., UTTER stupidity at it's lowest.

Players  [employees] have no  "Constitutional right" at their work place to kneel for the anthem if the Employer has a policy against making political statements on the field .
The employer reserves the right to control his employees actions when they are on the clock...and even if they are at home texting on social media.... management can fire a player who voices an opinion that his employers do not like.

1)  FABRICATED FISA warrants that they used to illegally wire tap Donald Trumps headquarters... and then LEAKED the information to the press to EMBARRASS  the Trump administration... and did it NOT ONE, NOT TWO, But THREE TIMES.. ALL three (3) ILLEGAL FISA Warrants are available for review, and EACH has an FBI and/or DOJ signature, pleading that the information they CLAIMED was verified... (i.e. the Russian Dossier)... WAS NOT... it was a Hillary Clinton Campaign PLOY... and THEY KNEW IT !!

2)  KNOWING that Donald Trump was INNOCENT of the allegations in the Russian Dossier, the FBI and DOJ STILL used it as the basis to appoint a Special Prosecutor , and LAUNCHED a TWO (2) YEAR Special Council Investigation (the MUELLER Investigation)... that cost MILLIONS of dollars, hindered the Trump Administration in the process and was TWO YEARS of UNWARRANTED, ILLEGAL., and UN ETHICAL Election Interference bu the Federal Government... and found Donald Trump guilty of NOTHING !!  AND...

3)  The FBI and DOJ tried to HIDE the Hunter Laptop, Put out allegations that it was Russian Disinformation that they KNEW was not true, and then organized FIFTY ONE (51) FBI CIA, DOJ, and Deep State Bureaucrats to sign a letter JUST before the 2020 election STATING that they ALL KNEW that the Hunter Laptop was Russian Disinformation... IT WAS NOT Russian Disinformation, and was COMPLETELY REAL !!

THAT ALONE is enough to convince ANY HONEST Jury that Donald Trump had EVERY REASON to believe that the election was STOLEN... THAT he STILL believed he WON the 2020 elections, and that MORE INVESTIGATION might have shown that !!
