The conclusion is that Dominion originally lied to the public when they said their machines were not connected to the internet. We now know that they were.
We even saw Dominion demonstrate how their machines can perform "weighted" vote counting.

The Court opened its May 13, 2022 Order by quoting the United States Supreme Court: “False statements of fact harm both the subject of the falsehood and the readers of the statement.”  Quoting the Colorado Supreme Court, the district court added, “[n]either lies nor false communications serve the ends of the First Amendment.”

This proves nothing except that there is no tangible proof ..only sworn testimony. The News Agencies knew in advance that a defamation award was a real possibility...but getting the word out to the American Public that Eric Coomer IS A "NEVER TRUMPER" WITH DIRECT ADMIN ACCESS TO THE DOMINION VOTING MACHINES was more important...

A week after this settlement, Georgia admitted their Dominion voting machines were open to hacking. 
I loved watching this happen to Fox News.
