This misAdministration is completely out of control.   Is there nothing in your life they don't want to regulate?

First it was people cannot think for themselves and form consensus to justify reality beyond actually evolving forward equally created to adapt in time occupying space now.

Standardize behavior doesn't honor natural timing a person gets to adapt occupying time now, as inhabiting space here.
Second chain of command had to get established between each person, each generation gap, each family, each community, each neighborhood, each ideology, each economic method.

Genetics has always eternally separated reproductions native to their specific atmosphere be it Earth's or any other universally present.
