Do tell.

Here is what I say:  If Joe Biden has committed crimes, and the statute of limitations for those crimes has not run out prior to him leaving the White House, then, by all means, ie should be indicted for them.

And quit avoiding my question:  Have you read any of the four indictments against Donald Trump and, if so, how can you dismiss them out of hand?
#1   Biden won't be indicted by a corrupt AG Garland. Biden also illegally took possession of classified docs when he was senator and VP...that's a crime mm!

#2  The indictments are based on things that the dem party has done over 150 times over the years. When will Hillary and Stacey Abrams be indicted...they both totally rejected the election results when they lost.

For the time being the hoax indictments against Trump take up most of the news cycle because Joe is protected by most of the MSM.

But this will all end and it will help Trump.

Tell me...The timing of another intentional plandemic will be rife with dim-0-crap vote fraud and election rigging!!!  The intentional setting of Trump's trial dates the day before GOP primaries, especially super Tuesday, is a blatant attempt at election interference.

#1.  It has been against DOJ policy for many years to indict a sitting president.  If you could read, and apparently you can't, I said before and I will say it again:

If Joe Biden has committed crimes, and the statute of limitations for those crimes has not run out prior to him leaving the White House, then, by all means, ie should be indicted for them at that time.

And are you suggesting that it is illegal for Senators and VPs to have classified documents?

#2.  Neither of them attempted to stage an insurrection.

Are you actually suggesting that the DNC somehow got the folks in a wet market in Wuhan China to unleash a global pandemic that killed nearly seven million people around the world just so that they could rig the 2020 election?

And, what about any of the changed election procedures that were enacted to protect the population from that pandemic were explicitly written to exclude Republicans from voting by mail like Democrats?

"And are you suggesting that it is illegal for Senators and VPs to have classified documents?"

No...but Biden didn't have the legal right to stash docs at 3 different locations while senator or VP.  I know this is all over yer head.

"Neither of them attempted to stage an insurrection."

Actually the dems staged several insurrections around the nation via their terrorist arms Antifa and BLM.  I guess you don't get real news up there in Hillbilly Hollow.  Image

but Pence did?

Are you calling for his indictment as well, or only democrats?

Demonstrations aren't insurrections.

Yes...Pence should be indicted too!

"Demonstrations"?   Is that the same as "mostly peaceful"?   Over 40 people have died due to Antifa and BLM.  They attacked federal and local buildings and in most cases didn't even get a slap on the hand.

Andy Ngo recently won a decision against Antifa after they beat his head in and caused serious harm.  They now owe Andy $300K.

What federal statute do you suggest that Biden and Pence violated?

No.  Demonstrations can turn violent.  Insurrections are violent as well.

The difference between violent BLM demonstrations and the January 6th attempted insurrection was the intended goal of each.  The goal of the former was to demonstrate the crowd's anger and antipathy towards law enforcement's heavy-handed treatment of minorities in America.  The goal of the latter was to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power in the Federal Government.

I would have absolutely NO problem with sending anyone to prison who can be proven to have broken any laws during violent demonstrations and riots.
