No. Demonstrations can turn violent. Insurrections are violent as well.
The difference between violent BLM demonstrations and the January 6th attempted insurrection was the intended goal of each. The goal of the former was to demonstrate the crowd's anger and antipathy towards law enforcement's heavy-handed treatment of minorities in America. The goal of the latter was to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power in the Federal Government.
I would have absolutely NO problem with sending anyone to prison who can be proven to have broken any laws during violent demonstrations and riots.
BLM is a fraud too. Some of the founders/leaders embezzled Million$ to spend on real estate for themselves and ignoring the needs of many of the BLM chapters.

the minute trump stepped out office he could not have the documents but he took all the documents every single one from 4 years.
