Better yet...tell the forum how it WAS legal for President Trump to possess the docs.maineman » 30 Aug 2023, 1:27 pm » wrote: ↑ What federal statute do you suggest that Biden and Pence violated?
No. Demonstrations can turn violent. Insurrections are violent as well.
The difference between violent BLM demonstrations and the January 6th attempted insurrection was the intended goal of each. The goal of the former was to demonstrate the crowd's anger and antipathy towards law enforcement's heavy-handed treatment of minorities in America. The goal of the latter was to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power in the Federal Government.
I would have absolutely NO problem with sending anyone to prison who can be proven to have broken any laws during violent demonstrations and riots.

BLM is a fraud too. Some of the founders/leaders embezzled Million$ to spend on real estate for themselves and ignoring the needs of many of the BLM chapters.
Listen mm...I can't go all day teaching you if yer going to remain in denial.

- Establishes in law that any incumbent Presidential records (whether textual or electronic) held on courtesy storage by the Archivist remain in the exclusive legal custody of the President and that any request or order for access to such records must be made to the President, not NARA.
- Establishes that Presidential records automatically transfer into the legal custody of the Archivist as soon as the President leaves office.
…..if that’s the case, why not haul all of the Presidents in ?? They have confidential documents as well but, we’re going to single out Trump aren’t we?? Leftist hypocrisy in full display….jerrab » 30 Aug 2023, 1:59 pm » wrote: ↑ --------------------------------
