Let me ask you:  If YOU had been in her place....if YOU had smashed a plexiglass barrier in the US Capitol at the vanguard of an angry mob... if you saw a law enforcement officer on the other side of that barrier with his gun drawn and pointed at you, would YOU have climbed through the smashed plexiglass to confront him?

I posted a rumble video- but these videos are getting harder to find. It shows the stoopid cop with his gun pointed-  like itching to use it-and her jumping thru first.

She’s sitting in front of a Social Justice hall in an 80% Trump town, on the occasion of a street fair.

Behind that window was my daughter  with my AR-15, keeping watch over her.

And my Colt 45 was carried in the small of my back under my jacket.

There were many other Democrats guarding that little college girl, you cannot see in the photo.

 We registered hundreds of young people to vote, that evening.

All the other guardians were old gray headed men like me, one sat right beside her.

I roamed around snapping photos with my camera.

A real camera, with a long black lens.

Behind me all the time I knew JC had his Colt 45 in a shoulder holster.

It was a barrier.  Officer Byrd was guarding it. There was a mob. The mob broke through the barrier.  Byrd did his job. He protected the members of Congress behind the door. The mere act of the mob breaking through the barrier was, in and of itself, criminal, aggressive, violent, and confrontational.  Byrd got a promotion, as well he should.
