You have your opinions and I have mine. I work with politicians (on both sides) and their lack of brain power is both sad and amusing.

Sorry, but I find nothing amusing about what liberals and ignorant people who continually vote for Democrats have done to my country!

And if you work with politicians and DON'T see how destructive Democrat and liberal policies are, then unfortunately you're part of the problem!

I see how they are both part of the problem. Spending bills.. guess who votes for them in my state? Both sides.

         Thanks to Democrats, the American Negro has been reduced to the status of a Special Needs child --- completely dependent upon on Government as their caregivers..... And this wasn't by consequence --- it was by design, to keep them Voting Democrat for generations (LBJ)... 

          I don't see any change here in the foreseeable future because the best help for ****** appears the least attractive to them --- and that is no help at all... Notice that "The Face" of the Negro Movement back then appears to be at the most 1/4 Negro...the rest White or Jew.

Being a politician is survival for dummies.  You don't have to know:

• Biology
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Algebra
• Calculus
• Matricies or Differential Equations
• Statistics / Modeling
• Coding
• Accounting
• Finance and Business Analytics
• How to work in Excel or R

You just have to have an IQ of less than 105, know who's dick to suck, who's *** to lick, and how to lie with impunity.

There's no question that both sides are addicted to wild spending, but this topic is about the dramatic increase in criminal behavior in Chicago as well as other Democrat-run cities.  Republicans have had virtually no representation in our largest cities for decades, and the evidence is clear that it is a direct result of their failed liberal policies; no cash bail, lenient prosecutors, reduction of many felonies to misdemeanor status, defunding police departments, and their blatant support of BLM and Antifa as they help bail out rioting criminals.

Can you deny that those policies are exclusively within the purview of Democrats alone?

IQ of 105.... you are being a bit too generous. Just sat through a meeting and the only topic was when to have a rate setting meeting. Certain legislators kept asking when this upcoming meeting was... the lady running it repeated herself a dozen or so times.

Here's an unpopular idea... Have Congress only convene for 6 months every year and during the time off.. (January to June), they can't be politicking, campaigning, etc. Interviews, speeches, etc are fine but this would take them off our radar. In NV... our legislature only convenes for 3.5 months every 2 years.. it is quite amazing. The time crunch keeps the stupidity minimized.. albeit not nonexistent.

I like that idea.  How about we require that they all actually be employed in private industry for the time they are not convening.  Now, if we can do that, we might  be on track for a government by the people, for the people.

Sign me up for this one. So to recap.. they would not serve in Congress from Jan. to July and could not campaign or such. Also, they would be required to have a private industry job.. not teaching, no public speaking, no non-profit advisory boards. To be allowed back into Congress in July.. they would have to show proof of wages/salary.

Great idea, but I am afraid it wouldn't work.  People will no longer be incentivized to run for office anymore. Who will run the country if we don't have anyone in congressional seats?
