It's also not a crime to burn the American flag, but do you deny that both actions show the disdain that those people (and you, obviously) have for this country?

All Trump did was to state HIS opinion of what should be done with them, and possibly how HE would have reacted to an employee of HIS who showed such disrespect to the country.

nope. trump did not mention the constitution at all. if he did he would have to say that they had the right to express their feelings in a non violent way. what he did say is they are disgraceful and should be fired.
