I’ve quit selling at gun shows.  I sell and trade Elmer Fudd guns, and it’s a hobby.  The guns are my babies, I love all of them.

At every gun show today are sellers who ride a circuit of gun shows claiming to be individuals.  They’ll have a table of new black plastic para military guns selling guns for  cash to anybody old enough to peep over the table, no background checks, if’s the Wild West.

In Missouri I can sell a thousand guns for cash, no paperwork, so long as I’m not engaged in the business 

I had a table of my own M12s and M37s and A5s and double guns ths last time in 2019.

Good question. Seems background investigation forums may be unconstitutional as they violate the 5th or the second depending on if refusal to answer leads to an unfavorable action.
