Wrong.

The burden is on you to prove she did lie... not the other way around.

Your logic means that I could call you a liar with zero evidence, and unless you could prove that you didn't lie, then I was in the right and you lied.

Sorry... it doesn't work like that jerra.

In the June 9 hearing, Committee Vice Chair Liz Cheney quoted a document written by a White House staff member seeking to advise Trump on how to act amid the riot. The document says, “Anyone who entered the Capitol without proper authority should leave immediately.” Despite this guidance, Trump did not tell the rioters to leave the Capitol, and the president did not “call … any element of the United States government to instruct that the Capitol be defended.” Specifically, Cheney noted, Trump did not call the secretary of defense, and he did not speak to the acting attorney general or the Department of Homeland Security. Trump also did not order the deployment of the National Guard, and he did not attempt to work with the Justice Department to deploy law enforcement personnel. Cheney noted that Trump said to his staff that his supporters “were doing what they should be doing.”

nope. if she wanted to prove what she  said or did not say she could prove it. also there were numerous threads about it and many, many people demanding the cop got charged (trump's instructions) and she was not one of them she could post one of those threads.

No...

You accused Z09 of saying something that she stated she never said... and then said the burden was on her to show that she never said it... and if she can't, then she is lying.

That is about as *** backwards and upsidedown as it can get.

Like I said, your logic.

The Capital was stormed and some of the officers felt threatened and was justified to use force.
I said it then and I'm repeaating it now

You're a **** liar...

Is drawing a gun a use of force?
The pointing of a firearm at an individual is considered a non-deadly use of force. While the drawing and/or pointing of a firearm can discourage resistance and ensure officer and public safety in potentially dangerous circumstances, it can also escalate a situation.

----------------------------------------------------------------

where is the justisfication for the kroger cop drawing a gun? there was no dangerous situation before.

This entire event was caused by the woman who refused to comply...

And like you said ..
If she killed someone while fleeing the scene you still would blame the police

yes if she panicked and stepped on the gas it would be entirely his fault.

The cops could easily have let her drive away.. that is not debatable. The debate is whether or not they should have let her go? As I see it.. if you start letting every suspect run, walk, drive away.. you are setting not such a great precedent. If they wrongly (which is quite possible) confronted her.. then leave your phone on and go through the motions. When their suspicions are unfounded.. you destroy them in social media
