My rebuff to that is that if you take the urgency out of dealing with the police... will anybody comply. If you can simply drive or run away freely and they will simply come for you tomorrow...why would you follow their directives. Yes, some take it too far (Philando Castile as the best example) but those are the outlier.

And what YOU want is to have them coddle criminals no matter the crime, providing the perp is of a color that you racist liberals deem worthy of the current two-tiered justice you so love under Biden!

The criminal *** was told to exit the vehicle. The criminal *** refused and tried to speed out of the parking lot filled with pedestrians and cars in a close proximity.

When a police officer stands in front of your vehicle with his service weapon drawn, you treat him as if he's was a brick wall 🧱.

U fina get **** up if u run in it.

The dumb *** decided to commit suicide for whatever reason. Maybe she was looking to win the ghetto lottery hoping to only get shot in the shoulder and live.

I give her balls for going big instead of going home

jerrab wants the police to allow that wild baboon to flee from the scene of the crime and then jerrab wants  the police to watch helplessly  as the misunderstood baboon kills an innocent bystander just moments afterwards.
jerrab would rather gamble with the lives of the innocent public instead of sending a clear message to the criminals that if you try to flee the scene / resist arrest you will be met with whatever force is needed to stop you.

Women panic and go postal like that.  If it’s a woman cop that explains it.

But if the shooter was a man I wonder, if he fired from reflex and not deliberate intent.

But if a grown man, used that car creeping forward as an excuse to murder a girl, he needs the death penalty.

If it’s a man, and he deliberately shot and killed that girl, that’s what the needle is for.  If they don’t put him down there’s no Justice in Ohio.
and yet YOU called the shoplifter a "baboon carrying a chimp"...

**** babs, now and forevermore...

That's even more ludacrous than saying the cop deserved to be run over and killed for being rude.

The police told her to get out of the car...

Why didn't she?

You claim the cops were rude.
Big deal..
She should have obeyed the officer...

You say they wanted to kill her
..
That's just dumb.

I would not characterize the actions of the officer who fired the round, killing the 21-year-old pregnant mother and her unborn daughter, as an excessive use of force, because at no point in this encounter was force justified. What I observed was nothing short of a violent, potentially criminal act, perpetrated on nothing more than an uncooperative individual.More:Shoplifting shouldn't have escalated to death in Ta'Kiya Young police shooting| Robinson

*************************************And in this instance the questionable decision to draw a firearm and stand in front of a vehicle, an act that precipitated the shooting, must be considered when determining whether the use of deadly force gives rise to negligent liability.

Much the same as jerrab...the guy you show here subscribes to  the mentality that the police have a duty to allow  ****** who do not want to be arrested to escape arrest.

Why would he think that way?

She made a choice to disobey the officers...
....And made an attempt to flee the scene....

If she would have fled the parking lot and killed a child on the way I'd assume you'd say the police should have done more to stop her...

She made choices that day...
All led to her demise

the officer went atomically to the front. why is that?
