I can't see the cops being convicted in a criminal court. Civil law... that is not so clear.

  She demonstrated she was more than willing to hit a Police Officer with her car..... What about Grandma's restraining order she had against her?.... The #1 reason for a No-Contact order is because of Domestic Violence -- or the threat of Violence.

Nope, she didn’t even gun it. And she only started driving away when the cops gun came out, right before she said “ are you going to shoot me.”

It’s like you didn’t pay attention to the video and only paid attention to the pregnant woman’s complexion.

Normally a cop shoots somebody unattractive and that does threaten them.

The Ohio case is a cold blooded execution in a parking lot.

He only shot once.

Through a windshield.

His left hand on the  hood.

Then stepped aside afterwards.

     You might want to put the pipe down and take another look at that Vid.....
The Cop in front of the car actually had his feet lifted off the ground as the vehicle she was driving made contact with him....

     And you never asked why she would have had a restraining / no-contact order put on her by her own Grandma, if it did not involve some type of domestic violence -- or threat of?...

     If that Cop was conclusively in the wrong or guilty of anything, we'd have already seen an all-you-can-loot riot or 2 by now....

The new video today shows how he stood in front, out his left hand on the hood and the second she rolled he blew her brains out, then stepped aside.

The car rolls on over and stops.

     You might want to watch the Video, along with read the WHOLE ARTICLE  in the link that YOU provided.....She did in fact hit him, which raised his feet off the ground, knocking him back several feet -- and gave every indication she'd run him down to avoid being detained...

      The video released Sept. 1 showed two Blendon Township officers in the parking lot of Kroger, where they were helping someone who locked themselves out of their vehicle. A Kroger employee approached the officers and told one that Young, who had gotten into a four-door Lexus sedan, shoplifted from the store.

      One of the officers approaches Young's driver's side window, knocking on the window and windshield and repeatedly telling her to get out of the car. The other officer, who Young's family and attorney identified as Connor Grubb, goes to the front of Young's vehicle, which was stopped at the time.

      The video showed Young's vehicle moving forward and hitting the officer, who fired a single shot into the windshield. That shot hit Young, who died a short time later at Mount Carmel St. Ann's hospital. Young's unborn daughter, who her family says was due in November, also did not survive the shooting.

     External video from the Kroger store shows Young's vehicle moving forward in a manner that is consistent with hitting the accelerator in the vehicle, physically moving the officer in front of the vehicle several feet backwards.

So you agree Babbit deserved to be shot at the Capitol?
Same scenario.
Babbit was told to stand down, refused and kept moving forward.
She also made a choice.
