Nothing I’ve seen in 60 years of daily news watching is so horrible as this about excessive force, if the officer deliberately shot that girl.
As secretive as the police are I assume that’s a rookie girl cop who should’ve never been hired, who panicked.
But if that’s an experienced veteran man who deliberately shot and killed that girl we should see the first cop ever to be death penalty eligible.

Deliberately point a gun at a girl
Then when the car rolls forward, shoot and kill that girl and step out of the way

There’s too much unreasonableness.
The good cop was reasonable. Never drew his gun. Stood to the side. Was never going to shoot, especially not in a crowded parking lot.
Maybe the cop that snapped was fed up with shoplifters.
But that cold blooded murderer walked past the good cop, never attempted going to the other window.
Stood directly in front of the car.
Deliberately pulled a gun
Waited.
Car rolls.
Bang.
They step aside.
That is a death penalty case if there ever was one.
There is no way the cop was scared.

The girl had taken the plates off her car.
The Kroger employee said others had driven away.
That girl was part of a gang of shoplifters.
The shoplifters knew the law.
By definition shoplifting is a non violent and non dangerous crime, deadly force is not allowed.
Thst cop knew that girl would start slowly rolling away, because he knew he could not shoot.
The cop was not scared.
The cop executed that girl in cold blood.
This wasn’t a tragedy it was a first degree murder.
