Federal employees who left government or were fired due to President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate could be reinstated or reimbursed for time lost under a new bill from a House Republican.

They might be reimbursed or reinstated? Seems the jury is still out. How do you know they weren’t rightfully terminated for other behavior but this just cinched it. 

So no payouts yet? When does the judge decide?

the majority of Americans did not face this dilemma but a simple google search shows how some did. We did not face a strict mandate.. it was basically get the vax or do testing/paperwork every week. If someone would have chose neither.. in retrospect it would have been fine. You could appeal and by the time that your claim is processed and they would have ruled on it.. the policy went away.

So if I stand in front of you with brass knuckles and say give me your money or I am gonna bust you up. it's no big deal because you could have refused.
