It's a 2-tier justice system.  The privileged can commit many crimes, even crimes that enrich them at the expense of our Nation, without punishment.  While others are severely punished for doing absolutely nothing, for not even attending the January 6 protest.

Biden's lies helped lead to Trump's defeat.  They used these Biden lies in Trump's impeachment hearings.  Russia would not have invaded Ukraine with Trump at the helm.  Also, because the Biden family profited tremendously from kickbacks related to Burisma, Biden was obligated to throw American resources at Ukraine's war with Russia.

Usually he’d get a suspended imposition of sentence and the conviction removed after a couple of years of probation.
