He's a real republican.
Not some jumped up racist like MAGA supporters.
And he's keeping trump's failings front and center. He knows he won't win the nomination either but he's taking money that could go to trump.
There are a lot of Republicans just like him.
Trump needs them to win but he only cares about his deplorables.

I have never considered Chris Christie a Republican.  I don't know why any Republican would give this fat little **** the time of day.  No one in my party likes him.Image

Reports differ as to how much the former New Jersey governor is worth, with some suggesting the total could be as high as $19mbut the consensus settling closer to $5m.
Mr Christie graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1984 and subsequently earned his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law three years later.
He subsequently joined the firm of Dughi, Hewit and Palatucci in Cranford, New Jersey, was made a partner in 1993 and was subsequently chosen to be the new United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey by George W Bush in 2002 (having served Mr Bush’s election campaign in 2001), serving until 2008 and thereafter campaigning successfully for the governor’s mansion.

No, he got 4.5 million legally in 2018 from book deals and speeches.

Reagan praises Japan in $1 million speech

By STEWART SLAVI

—-TOKYO -- Former President Ronald Reagan Wednesday effusively praised Japan in a reported $1 million speech -- more than half the money he made in eight years in the White House -- and declared the 21st century will see the greatest peace 'in the entire history of man.'
Reagan, accompanied by his wife, Nancy, reportedly will earn $2 million during his eight-day visit to Japan, hosted by a giant media conglomerate.
Reagan, 78, whose visit is being compared to those of foreign royalty, previously was accorded Japan's highest civilian award, the Grand Cordon of the Supreme Order of the Chrysanthemum, in a palace ceremony before Emperor Akihito.

Yes, he's a democrat who would rather see the castrated citizens of this nation massacred by the ruling elite.  NOT a Republican.  NOT someone I would ever vote for.

SHANGHAI (AP) — The Chinese government granted 18 trademarks to companies linked to President Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka Trump over the last two months, Chinese public records show, raising concerns about conflicts of interest in the White House. In October, China’s Trademark Office granted provisional approval for 16 trademarks to Ivanka Trump Marks LLC, bringing to 34 the total number of marks China has greenlighted this year, according to the office’s online database. The new approvals cover Ivanka-branded fashion gear including sunglasses, handbags, shoes and jewelry, as well as beauty services and voting machines. The approvals came three months after Ivanka Trump announced she was dissolving her namesake brand to focus on government work.

In early May of 2018, ZTE, a Chinese electronics maker, said that it had halted “major operating activities” after being penalized by the United States Department of Commerce for breaking sanctions and selling electronics to Iran and North Korea.Yet, in mid-May, President Trump surprisingly reversed course when he indicated a willingness to rethink the punishment and vowed to work with Chinese President Xi Jinping to prevent the collapse of the ZTE, which employs 75,000 people, with Trump tweeting, “Too many jobs in China lost. Commerce Department has been instructed to get it done!”That same month, May of 2018, amid tense trade negotiations between China and the United States, China approved seven Ivanka trademarks, according to Alexander’s book, White House, Inc.

Presidential adviser Ivanka Trump’s fashion brand won first trial approval for 16 new trademarks from the Chinese government in October. These approvals come about three months after Ivanka announced that her brand was shutting down, and mark the largest number of new Chinese trademarks she has received in a single month since President Donald Trump took office.Ivanka announced the immediate closure of her brand in July 2018, citing her official government responsibilities in Washington, DC. However, her trademarks remain a potential conflict of interest as she continues to work on policy in the White House and meet with foreign leaders.Despite shutting down, Ivanka Trump’s brand will continue to seek new trademarks, according to public reports. This leaves open the possibility that she could resume her business after leaving her role in the White House. She retains ownership over all of her existing trademarks, and many of her trademarks will remain active as late as 2028.The newest Chinese trademarks cover fashion items including handbags, shoes, wedding dresses, and jewelry. (Ivanka’s business has previously relied on a Chinese manufacturer to supply handbags, shoes, and clothing.) The trademarks also cover items including nursing homes, sausage casing, and voting machines. Ivanka’s business applied for these trademarks in 2016.This is far from the first time that Ivanka’s Chinese trademarks have raised ethics questions. In May 2018, Ivanka Trump’s business received approval for several new Chinese trademarks a week before President Trump announced that he wanted to lift the ban on the Chinese company ZTE, for violating US sanctions. In 2017, the business received three new Chinese trademarks on the same day she dined with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
