Civil War requires experiencing real suffering and misery. Agree most are far too comfortable to even consider skipping a meal, much less risk real harm. There is no appetite for war. More likely we will see continually increasing divides between progressives and conservatives. Localized violence will increase. People will migrate to cities or states that more closely align with their values.

       I've shared & stated a similar sentiment for many years...

   I don't see a full scale bloody civil war.... But I do see a point where Republican majority Sates begin to abstain, and lessen cooperation with the Federal Government to devolve those powers and restore them back to the States where they were originally intended... Also agreed, then people can migrate / relocate to States which best fit the type of Government they choose to live under..

     A good perspective to keep is that most of the civil unrest, violence, rioting, burning, looting, moral decay, destruction and apocalyptic scenes are happening in heavily Democrat majority areas ------ so who cares if animals choose to foul their own nests...
