That's what formal inquiries are for. Democrats impeached Trump for trying to examine the Bidens shady business dealings in Ukraine; these investigations are well earned karmic payback. They cannot remove Biden from office but they certainly can finish exposing what Trump started.

Irony and karma is rich in this situation. Democrats can't impeach their republican counterparts for picking the same scab that got Trump in trouble. Someone needs to tell the republican caucus to grow the **** up and force demonrats to go on the record. Bring legislation that promotes republican causes to the floor and force demonrats to vote against it. There was nothing wrong with trying to work with Biden the last few months. He is cognitively out of it enough they should have been able to get him to agree to things by putting just enough of his wants in legislation to make it taste good enough to keep down, while including enough of their wants to either force demonrats to vote no or give their President a "win". If they voted yes...republicans win and can run on a history of doing what is best for the nation...if they voted no, the could run on "We tried to work with them and they refused to cooperate". Now, we're too close to the election to give Biden what looks like a win

Parts. A rape victim resisting rape is not guilty of criminal obstruction. Providing millions of documents and hundreds of hours of testimony is the most passive resistance I have seen. Trump should have resisted more and fired Mueller. Lesson learned.

Seems English to me. One cannot criminally obstruct a criminal act. The investigation was predicated on a criminal act, lying to a fisa court. The investigation was illegal. Resisting an illegal investigation isn't a crime, it's a duty.
