In China/Russia, they get clean, are provided a low paying job like keeping streets/sidewalks clean,
and a tiny flat.  Be productive...or go to jail.  I think this is a more communal structure based on 
their histories with communism/socialism.

Whereas in the West, we are much more based on individualism.
Possibly in this one area they figured something out that we
are too stubborn to figure out.

Which one of us agrees with Biden on both pot and Ukraine?

Not me.  Pot should be illegal until

• There are laws in place protecting me from discriminating against those who use pot, and
• There is an easy test to determine if someone is driving under the influence of marijuana.

As for Ukraine. I support Ukraine's right to annihilate Russia, if it can.  Whatever it takes, it has the right of vengeance and retaliation against Russia and all of its inhabitants for what Russia did to Ukraine.  As for the United States - I do not believe in throwing billions of dollars at the problem and/or sending our own military in to fight that war.  I do believe in rallying NATO to get involved in supporting Ukraine defeat Russia.  And, I support the dissection and distribution of parts of Russia to NATO nations as war reparations.
 
So, does Biden agree with me on this?  Doubtful.  I doubt Biden could even comprehend what I've just explained.

It strikes me funny so many old farts are smoking it?
everybody that comes to visit in my house smokes it- I don't care. It's not my cup of tea. I luv the smell only.
