How does society deal with prodigiously evil born psychopaths?

 He murdered a friend  in Brazil in 2017 and avoided Trump’s wall, like it wasn’t there.

I was talking this morning with a Republican friend who is against the death penalty.

He reads “Thou shalt not kill”  literally.

Republicans, bless their hearts, don't tend to be evil masterminds.  They think a wall is the solution to the problem millions of poor South Americans want to live in the USA.

that eye for an eye thing was what ancestors did to one another by rule of law using God to justify the practice.

Then you should point out to him the correct translation is "Thou shalt not murder".  There is a difference between "kill" and "murder".

Even Jesus thought the death penalty (administered by the "state") was appropriate.
