Batches of mail-in ballots being entered at once.  It’s pretty common practice on election night.  You enter all the numbers from the election day voting machines first, and then you grind through the piles of mail-ins.  It appears exaggerated only because the sheer number of mail-in ballots far exceeded anything any jurisdiction had ever encountered before.  And it is no surprise that those tilted heavily in favor of Biden.  He had been urging his supporters to vote by mail… and they did.  Trump urged his supporters to NOT vote by mail … and most of you did as you were told (even though that’s how he voted).
