The wall construction to replace the chicken wire fence that Obama had thrown up had to be started completely from scratch.

Finally, in what **** universe can trump not militarize the border under emergency powers? If he declares the area a national security emergency, then according to YOU, he can drop an unlimited number of **** bombs on the gooddamned thing - amirite? He can wipe it off the **** map, so long as he tells the congress a couple of days later. That IS the protocol, is it not?

Unless my mind is slipping, we spent about a damned day arguing whether trump had the right to declare war by just arbitrarily bombing the holy **** out of Iran, which is halfway around the world - and you were taking the position that he did. But now he's just an ineffective little mary on our own goddamned border? I am somewhat confused by how the protocols change from minute to minute, based on the propaganda to which you have been exposed, sir.
