can they overturn his veto by a 2/3 vote in both houses?

from what little I looked, it seems that they could
The ONLY thing Congress can refuse to do is pass a bill funding ANYTHING bye-DUMB might desire. No Bill, no funding. That simple. And there is NO such thing as  vetoing a non-existent bill. And Congress would have ZERO reason to override any non-veto of any non-passed Bill

So what is bye-DUMB going to veto?? A non-passed bill that he has no ability to veto??

Now, if Congress passes a blanket funding bill that EXCLUDES anything bye-DUMB wants, and he vetoes that, then yes, Congress can override his veto with a 2/3 majority vote.

You LWNJs are really as ILLITERATE as they come when it comes to how our Government actually works, huh??

That’s what I said Cletus

I was talking about tRump doing an executive order to build his wall

then congress refused to fund it

and tRump vetoed their decision

Congress has the power to overturn an executive order by passing legislation that invalidates it, and can also refuse to provide funding necessary to carry out certain policy measures contained with the order or legitimize policy mechanisms.

potential doesn't exist without being induced into existence by kinetic energy flowing at a constant rate alternating between contracting combinations sustaining xpanding detail never duplicated evolving as each lifetime specifically present currently adapting in series parallel time displaced in plain sight never same details as before again to the whole universe evolving forward now nothing stays what it was since its point of origin.
What is your relative time arrived into this species? conceived to replace your previous 4 generation gaps lived so far. Rule of 72 compounding chromosomes and ancestral positions native to this atmosphere now.

You won't discuss actual detailed accounting of atoms, molecular content, ancestral timing, and always respond with hyperbole.

*******!! Trump has NO CAPABILITY to veto ANYTHING Congress refuses to do!! Are you that **** DENSE???

Based on your ****, Trump can veto Congress's refusal to fund the wall, go ahead and fund it, and then tell them to **** off. Sucks for you that it DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY, ****!!

Take a CIVICS CLASS, *******, and then MAYBE you will learn something about our CONSTITUTION and how government in the United States actually works, rather than believing the CRAPOLA your handlers have blown up that *** of yours.

The Framers of the Constitution gave the President the power to veto acts of Congress to prevent the legislative branch from becoming too powerful. This is an illustration of the separation of powers integral to the U.S. Constitution.

Congress has the power to overturn an executive order by passing legislation that invalidates it, and can also refuse to provide funding necessary to carry out certain policy measures contained with the order or legitimize policy mechanisms.

The President may veto bills Congress passes, but Congress may also override a veto by a two-thirds vote in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Courts don't decide the definition of human rights when all they were supposed to do is protect individual liberty from being typecast by old world traditions corrupting each generation gap arriving forward now.

Equal liberty everyone is responsible for understanding how eternal separation works in plain sight, not create mob action social orders directing last generation to repeat previous 4's denying how living evolvings naturally here as conceived to replace, now.It is the same thing as one person one vote, there are 4 pre-existing generation gaps prior to those added last one at a time. That is a 30 to one compression ratio of direct combinations of chromosomes leaving no ancestor the same as any previous model lived since inception to all lineages currently here.

Siblings that don't become ancestry became extinct when dead fall upon them. the metaphor of life beyond death is personal chromosomes became 50% one's children, 25% one's grandchildren. Proportion drops exponentially each generation a person becomes an older generation gap of next generations after their birth. Adapt or become extinct universal constant applies to everyone original ancestry or last arriving ancestors.

It is a universal constant intellectually ignored by people playing roles serving humanity's greater good intentions paved the vernacular highway to eternal hell in rule of law.

Parts are warm, parts are cold. So what?  Biggest land mass of all countries? Good call.
Cherry-pick what you need, Lil Grudge Match.

I don't know why you want to at snipe me, but for the fact that I don't try to be on your side.

Educated idiots recite everything they believe true about real isn't real and reality defines all truths used to save humanity from recognizing the corruption going forward now each generation added one great great grandchild at a time replacing their specific 30 people that combined their relative DNA to exist as eternally separated now from prior 4 generation gaps repeating social policies every generation since dawn of civilization created corruption through power of suggesting now isn't eternity and reality is all anyone needs to know to stay in character assigned by rule of law cradle to grave.

Understanding balance or out of control doesn't take morality, legality, ethics, economics, politics, religions, social justifications people of character are on a higher plane of evolving than those simply adapting to time occupying space here.

the human race to convert ancestors into typecast people every generation added as evolving only happens in an adapt or become extinct situation anything existing is never same total sum left going forward individually here. Inorganic erodes as chromosome results die and decompose as individually occupying time here.

Hope faith, charity creates fellowships to those promising better tomorrows next rotation of the planet evolving never exceeds genetics eternally separating the reproductions added one at a time since inception.
