The senate cannot vote on funding - that is exclusively the prerogative of the house.

That said, most executive orders don't rely on funding. Take that ***'s perversion order, making "transgenders" (a thing that cannot be defined and therefore cannot be said by adults to exist) protected under title 9. There is no way that the house could possibly defund that order. It could only defund title 9, which would **** girls' sports in public schools. That said, the ***'s pervert order did the same thing. Either way, the misogynist left is out to get women - out to **** on them as hard as it can. I suspect it's mommy issues at the bottom of it all. This much is sure: The left hates women and is working to destroy them.

Congress has the power to overturn an executive order by passing legislation that invalidates it, and can also refuse to provide funding necessary to carry out certain policy measures contained with the order or legitimize policy mechanisms.

The President may veto bills Congress passes, but Congress may also override a veto by a two-thirds vote in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Yeah, so?? That doesn't support YOUR CLAIM that if Congress refuses to pass a bill funding something, that the President can veto that inaction.

Nice C&P you have there.

Oh, that.

Yeah - he tried to use military money for it, and yeah, they found a way to block it - proving he was impotent.

He had four years and couldn't build a wall - even with the public SENDING him money.

Why? I bet dollars to donuts, this country has enough people that would harvest the raw materials, process them into finished products, volunteer to construct the wall just to seal it off.

But leaderships won't allow it. Power, wealth, fame are symbolic ranks to mutually evolving results. Hope, faith, charity defend rejecting life in plain sight when mutually evolving in series parallel time displaced ancestrally here.

China built a wall thousands of years ago. Egypt and Mayans built pyramid's to leave a scar on the earth's surface just to prove they existed before extinction of their society. Their ancestors still occupy space as evolved forward since.

Social pride before the downfall of their society ignoring the universal constant. What expands in size, form, numbers erodes or decomposes back to original form, periodic elements that expand into either inorganic or ancestral results in series parallel relationships of past, present, next generation.

Rule of 72 results from simple compounding details never duplicated again once achieved shapes formed here now. Self evident kinetics.

The way Congress blocks one of his EO's is to TAKE THEM TO COURT if they are outside the authority of the Constitution, ****!!

You really are dumber than a boxcar full of rocks.

So what does this mean?

Congress has the power to overturn an executive order by passing legislation that invalidates it, and can also refuse to provide funding necessary to carry out certain policy measures contained with the order or legitimize policy mechanisms.

Title of this thread separates liberals from conservatives but liberals dictate possibilities and conservatives protect ideas ancestrally forward each generation gap adding their own replacements forward.

Heart, mind, body, soul are figures of speech symbolizing behaviors of 16 great great grandparents, 8 great grandparents, 4 grandparents, 2 parenting the arrival of each great great grandchild that links their existence forward each child added only adapting at the same time those 30 lifetimes evolved to current situation left, mutually adapting in space as eternally separated now as each great great grandchild born forward here in this atmosphere.

Someone got space time continuum all **** up and every typecast people won't correct it because traditional beliefs is all they ever navigated living by for hundreds of generations so far.

Everyone chases tomorrow and nobody rescues their species from compounding mistakes today because rule of law eliminates instinctive honesty all the time.

And that statement is 100% CORRECT!!

How does any President veto any non-bills that doesn't come before him for a signature or veto?? Because you are saying that the President CAN when there is nothing there to veto!!

So who is the ******* AGAIN???

The President who issued an Executive Order can revoke it. Likewise, an incumbent President has the power to revoke an Executive Order issued by a predecessor. Congress also has the power to overturn an Executive Order by passing legislation that invalidates it. (The President, of course, may veto such legislation, in which case Congress may override the veto by a two-thirds majority).
